根据学分绩、交换生成绩、个人陈述及对方学校要求，新堡分校项目入选同学如下：

请上述同学把所有材料（一式两份）在3月26日递交到国际交流处交换生工作科（树华楼101室）：

(1)Exchange program application form

(2) Bank Statement in student’s name issued within the past 3 months documenting sufficient funds to cover the costs while in New Paltz. If the student has a sponsor, the sponsor’s bank statement and letter verifying sponsorship should also be sent to the university.

(3)Copy of the student’s passport information page.

(4)A recent university transcript in English showing the courses taken and the grade.

(5)Course selection form:www.newpaltz.edu/classes

注：所有入选的同学都必须递交院系同意参加该项目的书面证明（无固定格式，可自拟），上面必须有院系负责教学的院长、辅导员老师两人的签字及院系公章，否则一律取消该项目交换资格。该材料在3月26日交到教务处甲子楼206室。
